The following is a lesson plan for students of First Year of British.
As a warm-up, I would ask them to define art. I would listen attentively to all their views.
Then, I would write the modal verbs of speculation on the board and we would be drilling into the structure of such verbs. To do this, I would display several paintings, and next to them their corresponding movie scenes which have been directly influenced by such works of art.
For example, ‘The Colossus’, attributed to Goya until 2008, inspired the film director Guillermo del Toro in the film ‘Pacific Rim’, ‘Shutter Island’ and ‘The Kiss’ by Gustav Klimt; ‘The Truman Show’ and ‘Architecture Au Clair De Lune’ by René Magriette.
Students should come up with deductions/speculations based on the scenes or the paintings. They can speculate about their age, their actions, or anything else they like.

Also, for the students of First Year of ESO, I would ask the same question, what is art?
The Passive form would be required. It has already been studied in class, so this activity is a plus for revising and mastering the structure.
They would make a brief presentation of their photo explaining what it was which drew their attention to take that picture in particular.
